INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 snap peas
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Remove the strings from the snap peas and cut them diagonally in half. Slice the garlic thinly, removing the core.
Cut the boiled octopus into diagonal slices about 7mm thick.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and snap peas, then stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper) and quickly stir-fry to combine.
