INGREDIENTES

- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g), sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g), sliced
Fish
- 🐟 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into 3–4 vertical strips, then cut horizontally into quarters.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine, and serve.
