INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Slice the pork into thin strips. Place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and cornstarch, and massage into the meat. Slice the bell peppers thinly after removing seeds and stems.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
