INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and slice them thinly. Slice the onion thinly.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, and water) in a bowl.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry everything together until well coated.
