INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 60g chopped kimchi
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Roughly chop the kimchi.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the kimchi and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until the peppers soften.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and ginger) and stir quickly to combine.
