INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 burdock roots (120g), sliced
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Wash burdock roots thoroughly and slice them diagonally with the skin on. Soak in water briefly and drain. Place burdock and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water. Slice bell peppers thinly after removing stems and seeds.
Season pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the color changes.
Add burdock and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
