INGREDIENTES
Pork
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- potato starch as needed
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 bag (230g) stir-fry cut vegetables
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix pork with sake, massage well, and let it sit for 3 minutes. Pat dry and coat lightly with potato starch.
In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (gochujang, sake, soy sauce, and garlic).
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the cut vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they soften. Add the sauce and mix well while stir-frying. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
