- 5 leaves of leaf lettuce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Tear the leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and garlic, removing the core from the garlic.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Then, add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the leaf lettuce and stir-fry briefly. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
