Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) stir-fry cut vegetables
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix pork with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage well, then add cornstarch and coat evenly.
In another bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and grated ginger to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add cut vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Pour in the sauce and mix quickly to combine.
