INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 2-3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🥬 1/6 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- 🧄 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Cooking Essentials
- 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly, shred the cabbage, slice the garlic, and chop the green chilies.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high, add the cabbage and green chilies, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well. Season with black pepper and optionally add a pinch of salt if needed.
