INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them into thin strips. Peel and shred the potato, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the shredded potato and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasonings (salt, pepper, vinegar, chicken stock powder) and adjust the taste.
