INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 1 sponge gourd, peeled and sliced
Meat
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1cm strips
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Peel the sponge gourd, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and stir-fry until browned.
Add the sponge gourd and stir-fry until it becomes translucent. Season with salt and pepper, then stir briefly.
