- 🦑 200g cleaned squid body
Vegetables
- 100g garlic sprouts
Spices
- A pinch of sliced chili
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut garlic sprouts into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the squid and make shallow diagonal cuts on the surface. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add squid and stir-fry quickly, then add garlic sprouts and stir until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
