- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
PASSOS
Mix gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, and water to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, green onion, green chili, red chili, and carrot into appropriate sizes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to create aromatic green onion oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry with sugar until the squid is slightly cooked.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry on high heat.
Add the onion, green chili, red chili, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry quickly.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Serve the stir-fried squid on a plate garnished with shredded green onion.
