- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the sweet long peppers diagonally into thirds.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sweet long peppers and dried whitebait, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry quickly until the liquid evaporates.
