INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage (300g), chopped
- 4 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
Staples
- 150g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Mix all the ☆ seasonings in a bowl until combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add tteokbokki and water, and cook for 2–3 minutes until the rice cakes soften.
Add cabbage and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until softened. Pour in the ☆ sauce and mix well to coat everything evenly.
