INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 1 pack ramen noodles
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 🧅 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 🍖 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Chop cabbage, carrot, onion, ham, and green chili into small pieces.
Boil the ramen noodles for 2 minutes (half the usual cooking time).
Rinse the noodles under cold water to stop cooking and keep them firm.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry on high heat.
When the onions turn translucent, add the noodles and 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce.
Stir-fry everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
Plate the stir-fried noodles, top with the fried egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
