INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 250g boiled pork hormone
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 50g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the chives, cutting them into 3cm lengths.
In a bowl, mix the boiled pork hormone with the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, doubanjiang, garlic, and water) and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat, stir-fry the cabbage until softened, add the chives and a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir briefly. Remove and plate.
In the same frying pan, add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) and heat over medium. Add the marinated pork hormone along with the sauce and stir-fry until it develops a fragrant, golden-brown color.
Serve the pork hormone on top of the plated vegetables.
