INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Seafood
- 30g salted wakame seaweed
- 5g bonito flakes
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the wakame under running water, soak it for 3 minutes, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add wakame and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder) and stir-fry until well combined.
Mix in half of the bonito flakes, plate the dish, and sprinkle the remaining bonito flakes on top.
