INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced thick
Seafood
- 🦐 12 shrimp, cleaned and peeled
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the zucchini thoroughly, slice it into thick pieces to prevent it from breaking during cooking.
Clean and peel the shrimp, removing the tails.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté gently to create garlic oil.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until the shrimp turns red and is fully cooked.
Add the zucchini slices to the pan and mix well with the shrimp.
Season with soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the zucchini is slightly undercooked.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
Remove the lid, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve.
