INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/8 onion, chopped
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Condiments
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut off the top of the tomatoes, leaving about 1 cm. Scoop out the insides, chop them roughly, and lightly drain the excess water. Chop the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, corn, tomato insides, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the mixture and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
