INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍜 1 serving cooked udon noodles
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds. Rinse and loosen the udon noodles in water.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water) and add the udon noodles. Layer the onion, enoki mushrooms, and beef slices on top. Cover and cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked through, approximately 7-8 minutes.
Mix everything together, top with the egg yolk, and garnish with chopped green onions.
