INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- a pinch of black sesame seeds
- a pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry them in a pan with olive oil.
Once the potatoes are partially cooked, add the carrots and continue stir-frying.
Add the prepared sauce and 2 cups of water to the pan, then simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the onions midway through the simmering process to avoid them becoming too soft.
Finally, add the whole garlic cloves and let them cook until tender.
