INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin
Powder
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, cut it in half, and slice thinly. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, arrange the pumpkin slices, and pan-fry over medium heat until both sides turn golden brown. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer until coated. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
