INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 15 cm yam
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces. Slice the yam into 1 cm thick pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the yam slices and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir until coated with oil. Add mirin and soy sauce, then stir-fry to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
