INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked white rice (150g)
Protein
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Toppings
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
- 🌰 White sesame seeds, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
PASSOS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Heat the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a pot over medium heat until boiling.
Add the green onion and tuna to the pot and simmer on low heat until the green onion softens.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with seaweed flakes, the cooked tuna and green onion, and the egg yolk. Sprinkle sesame seeds and pour the sauce over.
