PASSOS
Wash the chives under running water, remove excess moisture, and cut them into 3 cm pieces.
Wash the apple under running water and slice it into thin strips.
Mix fish sauce, plum extract, chili powder, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl until well combined.
Place the sliced chives and apple in a bowl, pour the seasoning over, and gently toss to coat evenly.
