INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 300g bellflower root, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1 green onion, julienned
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tbsp coarse salt
PASSOS
Rub the julienned bellflower root with coarse salt to remove bitterness.
Soak the bellflower root in cold water, then drain using a colander.
Julienne the onion, carrot, and green onion. Prepare minced garlic.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, sugar, and salt to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine the bellflower root and julienned vegetables in a bowl.
Add the seasoning sauce and mix thoroughly.
Add vinegar and mix again.
Finish with sesame seeds as garnish.
