INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 600g daikon, peeled and sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
PASSOS
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Peel the daikon and slice it into thin ribbons. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Slice the myoga thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the daikon and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup) and stir-fry to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced myoga.
