INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (500g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g daikon radish
- 1/2 burdock root (90g)
- 130g konjac (1/2 block)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 3 slices ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Liquid Ingredients
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Cut daikon radish into bite-sized pieces and slice burdock root thinly. Prepare konjac by cutting into small chunks.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté chicken wings until browned on all sides.
Add garlic, ginger, and prepared vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Pour in water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes or until the liquid reduces and ingredients are tender.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
