INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 1 green onion
- 1 chili pepper
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Mix all seasonings except sesame oil in a bowl to create the sauce.
Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, chili peppers, and green onions into preferred sizes.
Soak potato pieces in cold water for 5 minutes to remove excess starch.
Heat a deep pan with enough cooking oil and stir-fry the drained potatoes until 80% cooked.
Add carrots and onions to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well.
Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Add green onions and chili peppers to the pan and stir gently.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
