    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 200ml water

Add sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water, and ginger. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
