- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1 cup water
PASSOS
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
Simmer the sauce on low heat until it thickens to a glaze-like consistency.
Pan-fry the rice cakes in a generous amount of oil until golden and crispy.
Drain excess oil from the fried rice cakes.
Toss the rice cakes in the prepared sauce over low heat until evenly coated.
