INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Toppings
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASSOS
Cut the pork into thin strips about 5mm wide. In a bowl, mix the pork with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch, and massage to coat.
In a separate bowl, mix sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame seeds to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until they are coated with oil. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
