INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head spring cabbage
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Protein
- 🍶 1/2 block firm tofu
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- to taste shichimi togarashi
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Cut the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Cut the firm tofu into quarters.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) and mix well. Add the prepared vegetables and tofu, cover with a lid, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi to taste.
