INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast
- 200g fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem of the eggplants and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the tofu and eggplants, stir briefly, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
