Seasoning

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
PASSOS
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Place the konjac in a pot with enough water to cover it. Heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain the water and return the konjac to the pot.
Heat the pot over medium heat and stir-fry the konjac until the moisture evaporates. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until the konjac absorbs the flavors. Mix in the white sesame seeds briefly.
