INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (450g)
Meat
- 50g ground pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 2 tsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Peel and halve the potatoes, soak them in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook until both sides are browned. Push potatoes to the side, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Mix the pork and potatoes together.
Add water and the mixed seasoning to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, add sesame seeds, and stir lightly. Cook until the liquid evaporates and the mixture thickens. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
