INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍠 250g sweet potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Slice the onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sweet potato, cook for 2-3 minutes, then cover and steam-fry on low heat for 5-7 minutes until sweet potato softens.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add sake, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Add pizza cheese to the pan and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
