INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🍠 3 small sweet potatoes, diced
- 🍄 5 button mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the mushrooms and dice the sweet potatoes into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic.
Add the diced sweet potatoes and sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Pour in the milk and add grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened.
Garnish with parsley flakes and serve warm.
