INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 80g leaf lettuce
- 🍠 150g sweet potato
- 🥒 100g cucumber
Nuts
- 🌰 20g roasted almonds
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
Peel and dice sweet potato into small cubes, then boil until tender.
Slice cucumber and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
