- 🍠 90g sweet potato, diced

- 50g canned chickpeas

- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🌰 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
PASSOS
Dice the sweet potato into 2cm cubes and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, salt, yogurt, and mustard). Add the cooked sweet potato, chickpeas, and raisins, and toss to combine.
