- 🥬 300g spinach
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp barley gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🌰 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare the spinach by cleaning and trimming it.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water with coarse salt.
Rinse the spinach under cold running water to cool it down and remove excess salt.
Soak the spinach in cold water for 5 minutes before use.
Mix barley gochujang, minced garlic, salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to create the seasoning.
Add the spinach to the seasoning mixture and toss well.
Serve the seasoned spinach salad immediately or chill before serving.
