- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Spices
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Chop the onion finely. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the onion and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it apart, until the meat changes color.
Add the spices (chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper) and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
