- 30g pickled takana
Liquid
- 💧 60cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Place oatmeal and water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Add pickled takana and seasoning to the container, mix well. Add the beaten egg and mix lightly, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir to fluff.
