INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Pickles
- 30g takana pickles
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten egg and stir until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the same pan and heat. Add cooked rice and stir to break it apart. Add dried shirasu, takana pickles, and the cooked egg. Stir quickly over medium heat.
Add soy sauce and pepper, then stir to combine. Serve immediately.
