INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) warm rice
- 🌾 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🥚 1 egg
- a small amount of salad oil
Filling Ingredients
- 🐟 1 tbsp canned tuna (in water)
- a pinch of chopped salted kombu
- a small amount of sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- a pinch of dashi granules
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix the warm rice and white sesame seeds.
Spread a piece of plastic wrap, place the rice mixture on it, and shape it into a triangular cylinder.
In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients (tuna, salted kombu, sesame oil).
In a separate bowl, crack the egg and mix it with the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, water).
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with a thin layer of salad oil and pour in the egg mixture to make a thin omelet.
Place the rice roll on the far side of the omelet and roll it towards you.
Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces and place the filling mixture on top of each piece.
