INGREDIENTES
Main
- 2 bundles somen noodles (100g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 4 slices ham
- 2 okra (24g)
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 100 ml water
PASSOS
Rub okra with salt, rinse, microwave for 40 seconds, cool in water, and slice into 1cm pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Cut ham into star shapes for decoration and slice the remaining into thin strips.
Mix eggs with salt, cook thin omelets, cut into star shapes for decoration, and slice the rest into strips.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and water to prepare the dipping sauce.
Layer ham strips, egg strips, and somen noodles in cups. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, star-shaped ham, star-shaped egg, and okra. Serve with dipping sauce.
