INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g cod fillet
- 90g red bell pepper
- 🧅 100g onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Spicy Negi Sauce
- 🧅 3 green onions, chopped
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A dash of chili oil
PASSOS
Cut the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and the onion into wedges, then halve them. Chop the green onions finely.
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels, cut into quarters, and season with salt and pepper. Coat evenly with potato starch.
Mix all ingredients for the spicy negi sauce in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry the onion for 2 minutes and the red bell pepper for 1 minute. Remove and fry the cod for about 4 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Plate the fried cod and vegetables, then drizzle with the spicy negi sauce.
