- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
- 1/2 piece tarako
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Chopped nori, as needed
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 15g pizza cheese
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
PASSOS
Mix the egg, cheese, and milk in a bowl.
Remove the tarako flesh and mix it with mayonnaise in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the egg mixture, and cook over medium heat until semi-cooked. Remove from heat.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with the cooked egg mixture and tarako mayo, then garnish with chopped green onion and nori.
